These terms govern use of GoFarming on web and mobile — farm records for livestock and crop farming. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
The service
GoFarming lets you register livestock one by one or by flock/batch, record crop fields and harvests, and keep sales, payments, and reports. You need an internet connection and a plan (including any trial) to use it.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login and for the farm data you enter. Team members only see what their role allows.
Plans and payment
Features depend on the plan you choose. If a subscription ends or payment is waiting, you may still view data but not save new records until billing is fixed.
Acceptable use
Use GoFarming for lawful farm records only. Do not try to access another farm’s data, break the service, or upload content you do not have the right to store.
Deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account. Deletion is a soft delete first; after 90 days the account is permanently destroyed.
Our responsibility
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will never have downtime. GoFarming is a records tool; you remain responsible for farm decisions and for keeping your own backups of important figures if you need them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
